Tax Planning

JCS have a Tax Planning department which can offer advice on all taxation issues. Special attention is given to using methods that will reduce our clients' tax liabilities.

We normally visit our clients two months before the end of their financial year to review their management information and consider any action that might bring about a reduction in their tax bill. Working in close cooperation with our Financial Services Department, we have found that we can often make considerable tax savings using this pre-emptive approach.

Personal Tax clients are also offered a Tax Planning service at least once every year and given the opportunity to have their own pre-emptive sweep. Similarly, this would be carried out in close cooperation with our Financial Services Department who would advise on the use of appropriate tax planning tools.
