Trusts & executorships

JCS has a specialist trust department which manages trusts on behalf of the trustees and assists executors with the administration of estates.

The partners are also able to advise on the setting up of trusts, wills and all aspects of financial planning for later life. If required, they will act as trustees or executors.

Our Trust Department can prepare the annual trust accounts and prepare periodic management information for the trustees if required.

There is a close working relationship between our Trust department and our tax department to ensure that trusts' tax affairs are up-dated regularly and that it benefits from any changes made to the tax system.
