Dick Haffenden
Dick Haffenden MA, ACA, ATII. joined JCS in 1991, having trained and qualified with the firm. He is our Taxation specialist. Dick also oversees the acquisition, merger and disposal of companies, including where necessary, their re-structuring and re-financing using UK or offshore trusts. Working closely with other suitable professionals, Dick and his team are able to identify the routes and products that provide the most tax-efficient results for our clients.
Andrew Hazael
Andrew Hazael BA, FCA. joined JCS in 1984. As the managing partner Andrew is responsible for the administration and marketing of the firm. He is also responsible for the recruitment of staff and is the staff training partner. Andrew has a varied portfolio of clients whom he advises on matters such as business development growth, business reviews - including Key Performance Indicators and strategic planning.
Miriam Hickson
Miriam Hickson FCA, ATII. joined the partnership in 2003, having trained and qualified with JCS. Miriam is responsible for auditing standards within the Sutton office and has a special interest in the technical tax issues that can confront clients. Her portfolio comprises our larger audit clients and professional practices and she also has wide experience of the charity sector.
