Graduate Selection
The Selection Process
Following receipt of your SAF or CV, we will carefully assess the information you provide for us. If we think you may be suitable for our training programme, we will ask you to attend a double interview lasting approximately one and a half hours. The first part will be conducted by two of our department managers and the second by Andrew Hazael, our staff training partner. If you are unsuccessful, you will be told as soon as possible afterwards in writing. If you are successful, you will be made an offer which will be kept open for a limited period of time, usually two weeks.
