It is sometimes necessary for larger companies to arrange for JCS to carry out an investigation. This may be in preparation for a proposed acquisition, a merger or to satisfy the regulations regarding raising finance. Occasionally we are asked to investigate some particular difficulty which a business is facing, for example a suspected fraud or some un-explained loss of sales.
Often these investigations need to be carried out at short notice, involve a high level of travel and be completed within a very limited time frame.
Such assignments are highly confidential and JCS have suitably qualified staff who can provide the level of security needed when carrying out such projects.
