Dick Haffenden
Dick Haffenden MA, FCA, CTA. joined Jacob Cavenagh & Skeet in 1984. Dick trained and qualified with the firm and became a partner in 1991. He is our Taxation specialist. Dick also oversees the acquisition, merger and disposal of companies, including where necessary, their re-structuring and re-financing using UK or offshore trusts. Working closely with other suitable professionals, Dick and his team are able to identify the routes and products that provide the most tax-efficient results for our clients.
Andrew Hazael
Andrew Hazael BA, FCA. is the firm's managing partner. He is responsible for ensuring that the right resources from within the firm are harnessed and co-ordinated to help clients maximise their business growth and potential.
Miriam Hickson
Miriam Hickson FCA, CTA. joined Jacob Cavenagh & Skeet in 1985. Miriam trained and qualified with the firm, and, after spending 18 months working with the Audit Commission joined the partnership in 2003. Miriam is responsible for auditing standards and training within the firm, and has a special interest in VAT issues. Miriam also has wide experience of the charity sector. Her portfolio comprises our larger audit clients, professional practices as well as local and national charities.
