Dick is our tax specialist, able to identify and plan with clients the very best tax efficient routes – enabling them to keep more of their hard earned money. He also oversees the acquisition, merger and disposal of companies. This includes where necessary, re-structuring and re-financing using a variety of structures including UK or offshore trusts.
